Climate Change and Environmental Protection
"Warming of the climate system is unequivocal, as is now evident from observations of increases in global average air and ocean temperatures, widespread melting of snow and ice, and rising global average sea level." -- IPCC Fourth Assessment Report. We've moved on from the argument over the question of whether Climate Change is happening or it isn't. The global average surface temperature records clearly show a consistent and growing upward trend. glaciers are melting, and the sea level is increasing. Many believe that the normal state of the planet is one of changes, and they'd be absolutely right. However, what's happening this moment is a completely unnatural, unprecedented change that is likely to impact humanity in general, extremely negative indeed. The majority of the rise in average global temperatures since around the middle of 20th Century is very likely to be due to the rises in greenhouse gas produced by humans concentrations. Human influences are evident in many different manifestations that are a result that are a result of Climate Change. It is clear that we have and continue to alter our climate systems. For at least the next 20 years, we've already laid our beds that are now waiting to be laid in. Because there is an "lag" in the climate system due to processes such as feedbacks and the capacity for the oceans to absorb heat over the coming twenty years is a given. Even oil mist collectors if greenhouse gas levels were maintained at the 2000 level however, we would see rising over the next 20 years. This shows how sensitive to climate change, at present, we're probably only experiencing the effects of carbon dioxide emissions (and other human-made factors) which were released years ago. The impact of our actions today will be felt in the future. That's why we must all begin to think carefully about the ways in which the world we live in. I've not even touched on the negative consequences from Climate Change or a mistreated environment , because it's sad. Whatever you're like or what your beliefs are, massive global climate changes can affect your life. Not only the geeks who are worried about this. Depressions in the economy, massive human displacement, droughts hunger, floods and other issues are in the pipeline. I'd say there is a valuable learning we can learn from the experience of what we've accomplished. It is that we are now aware of our ability to alter the course of our world. By our actions and decisions, we can shape the world the way we want to. If we decide to correct our mistakes from the past and change the direction of the future We can. Each of us is fortunate enough to begin making positive adjustments from...well right now. When we begin to adopt green technologies that reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and other things such that we could begin to shift the balance to our advantage. Another advantage (I believe anyway) of living an efficient lifestyle is financial. The world is becoming aware of the need for alternative energy sources and I believe that everything was really needed. Nowadays, one can produce plenty of energy from wind and solar power to run a house and even purchase an instruction manual that shows you how to modify your vehicle into a mix of water and gas and create a kind in a hydrogen-powered fuel cell. I'm afraid that I do not have time to study all the possible ways you can obtain cleaner and cheaper energy however I've personally tried two. I would recommend building your own solar and wind power system and driving your car using water. I've tried both, and they've actually worked. If I were to suggest something, I'd recommend that you don't just take my word for it and look into some effective technology. It's not necessary to be concerned about the environment or anything like that Renewable energy can help you save a significant amount of dollars. Below are the links to the sources I purchased my renewable energy technologies from They're both decent reviews, so you can pick the one that suits you best.
